meal services

Gathering at the table is important to the success of any conference or event.  Heartland guests are treated to hearty main dishes, attractive salads, and yummy desserts.  All meals are served buffet style in our beautiful Grace Hall.  Each dish incorporates nutritious options for guests including those with most special dietary needs. We strive to meet all your culinary needs and therefore do not permit outside catering for those guests staying in our hotel-style lodges.  We uphold a tradition of excellence in our meal services and provide an environment of fellowship.

Guest groups staying in Retreat-Style Lodging (Oak Place, Trask Lodge, Pete's Cabins, and House of Faith) have the option of preparing meals in their provided kitchen, purchasing Heartland meals, or a combination of both. Retreat-Style Lodging kitchens have major appliances (oven, range, refrigerator, coffee maker), but do not have any pots, pans, plates, or utensils. *Guests preparing their own meals do not have access to Heartland's commercial kitchen or dining hall.

(Guests in Pete's Cabin will not have access to a kitchen mid May- mid August).
